MAGNETIC DIVIDER
The magnetic divider is called also magnetic organizer and it is very useful for dividing and organizing spaces on metal shelves of warehouses.
The divider has great magnetic endurance and therefore it doesn't require to be fixed with bolts or other hooking sistems.
The magnetic divider is build with a plastic material based on a overturned "T" to stabelize it; under this base is present a very strong layer of magnetic band of 60mm width (40mm in the smaller versions) and 2mm thickness stark attached with of a taugh doudle-sided tape. The magnetic divider is available in the the sizes shown below. We have realized now a knew modular mold that let's us to develop a lot of other sizes for special needs.
ADVANTAGES:
- The magnetic fixing of the magnetic organizer permits to remove and reposition the organizer with quickness, avoiding wate of time and avoiding to ruin the shelves with other hooking sistems. Is so extremely usefull with shelves and with freequent changes at the positioning of goods.
- Having a magnetic attachment rather than a mechanical one, the magnetic separator does not bind to pre-established positions but allows it to be positioned where necessary
- The magnetic separator or divider is also widely used as an organizer of space on shelves by dividing similar items with quantities that vary frequently
- The magnetic separator in the low-height versions is also very popular in the bays of vertical warehouses
- The separator or divider has a good magnetic attachment and therefore does not require fixing with bolts or other fixing systems
- For very wide shelves (e.g. 1,000 mm) it is possible to use the combination of two sizes to form the necessary size and positioning the separators back-to-back having the front of the two separators on the two picking sides.
- For a minimum of one thousand pieces we can also make the magnetic separator with a customized colour.
